Transforming A Restaurant In Plano, TX
One of our clients was serving amazing ethnic food at his restaurant, however, it was limited to certain communities. His sales were barely getting him by, struggling to make ends meet. He advertised but he did not receive enough customers. His goal was to increase sales. He tried different ways on his own, but he always ended up with similar numbers.

Our client built a medspa in his ophthalmology practice in a high-end area in New York. While he invested in getting the laser treatment machines, he needed help in marketing the medspa. His goal was to generate patients who are interested in beauty and cosmetic treatments.
Although it was a new medspa, his ophthalmology practice was pretty established, so it has a set image already.
We had to create strategies that complement the existing image not to contradict it.
